We had two balconies that were rotting and posts that needed to be replaced. Danny provided a thorough quote at the beginning of the project which was appreciated. His team efficiently demolished and rebuilt our balconies basically (all the while fixing the slope which the builder did not do correctly) and wrapped the floors with duradek and the ceiling with black metal. The end product looked very polish and was well executed. Danny and his team were polite and communicative, and made sure to not leave any mess behind.

The tornado ripped some shingles off our roof. We've had to replace a few in the past because of winds but decided since the roof was 13 years old, it was time for a new roof. We called roofing companies in Oshawa and Vidan Roofing had the best price. Our neighbour recommended this company for their professional work and personable crew. The crew was amazing! They appreciated us letting them come through our house with their shoes on because our townhouse isn't an end unit. They swept our deck and driveway and placed everything back. It took them 2 days in the heat but were very friendly. The owner came to inspect their work and had us go outside and show us their work. We were very impressed! We strongly recommend Vidan roofing! Mother Nature was unkind to my roof due to the derecho on May 21/22 and I had to source a roofing contractor to replace my shingles. Being relatively new to the community Vidan Roofing was recommended to me by neighbours and they did not disappoint. The owner was very hands-on and extremely responsive to insurance needs as well as any questions and concerns. The crew worked very hard, were professional and respectful while removing the old shingles and replacing them within 2 July hot days. I highly recommend them!

Good roofing work, cleanup was good, no debris left on lawn or sidewalks. Although should have took more care not to sweep debris into eavestrough. (Two of my down-comers were blocked which I had to remove and clean afterward.)
I would recommend Danny & his crew but ask for more care - not to fill the eavestrough with debris.
